What is the minimum height and age to participate?
Guests MUST be a minimum of 48 inches tall and 8 years of age. Children under the age of 8 will not fit the equipment and may pose a safety or operational concern.
Minors (under 18 years old) can participate by themselves if they have their parent or legal guardian’s consent. The parent or legal guardian can consent to a digital liability waiver, privacy policy, and terms and conditions ahead of time. If a digital waiver is not signed in advance, then a waiver must be signed on site to give consent prior to entering the experience.
How immersed will I be during the VR experience?
The Edge VR free roam games allow you to interact with fellow players.
How many people can participate at a time?
We can accommodate 8-10 guests at a time – we have two platforms that hold 4-5 players each (depending on the game selected). Parties of 11 or more play in two separate groups.
Can I buy a ticket as a walk-in?
We highly recommend booking online to secure a preferred time slot. Walk-in players can some times be accepted, but please call before to check availability. Tickets are sold on a first come, first serve basis and we are often booked.
What equipment will I be wearing?
A Vive wireless headset and controllers for our free roam games. Our system doesn’t require heavy backpacks or tethers, which allows you to have best free roam VR experience!
How long is the VR experience?
The actual amount of time in VR is approximately 25 minutes to 50 minutes for free roam games and escape rooms.
Will I get motion sickness?
Due to the nature of our technology and the free roam experience we rarely have instances of motion sickness.
Can I wear glasses?
Yes, we prefer you wear low profile frames or contact lenses. Large framed glasses may not fit.
Can I participate if I’m pregnant?
No, it is not recommended for women who are expecting to participate.
Can I use a wheelchair?
The building where The Edge VR is located has a step up to enter. There is no ramp access to the building. Guests needing accessibility accommodations can participate in a seated VR experience.

Is the equipment cleaned and sanitized after every use?
We use sanitizing wipes to clean our headsets and other wearable equipment after use. These precautions have been established to ensure that you and your friends have the most enjoyable and worry free experience possible.
